Quality requirements - technical description

General description

Plastic profiles are made of classified plastic waste, recycled and heat treated. It is a polymer blend with the main components of polyolefins (polyethylene and polypropylene).
The products thus obtained have excellent resistance to weather conditions, parasites, pathogens and molds. Moisture-resistant, mixed material with excellent physical and mechanical properties. This provides our users with a long-lasting solution.

The joints and fixings are recommended with mechanical fasteners (bolts, rivets). Adhesive, weld and solder profiles are not recommended. Adhesive as a complementary binding is recommended for strengthening the fastening and / or filling joints.

Fence profiles do not serve as structural and / or durable elements. Use as a structural or retaining element may be approved after consultation with the manufacturer.

Technical requirements

I. Size Tolerance Range

Up to 100 cm in length +/- 5 mm;

Up to 200 cm in length +/- 8 mm;

Profile size +/- 5%

Dimensions of the profiles are standard temperatures of 20 ° C.

II. Mass tolerance range
+/- 15%

II. Temperature Tolerance Range
-20 ° C to + 70 ° C

III. Surface
a.) COLORFUL - The fence elements are available in brown, brick red, gray and anthracite.
Some piece can show visible color tones:

After years some pale colour change can occure which is a natural phenomeon

b.) MIRROR - a restricted area with a smooth, homogeneous surface differs from adjacent surfaces.
The profiles can have up to two mirrors on both sides:

c.) NOT PROPERLY MOLTEN PARTICULARS - they may be thermoplastic or heat-curing plastics. They are not superimposed, different parts on the surface. They may be compact, one piece or partially melted, stained in other colored spots.
Both sides of the fence profile may contain unmelted pieces or stains up to 1.5 cm²:

e.) ROUGH EDGE, this phenomenon is allowed up to 10 cm in length, and in the longer case the product is considered a defect:

f.) Eye disturbances SCRATCHES  and other surface defects - broken or broken parts - the affected item is considered as a defect.

a.)DEFLECTION FOR 100 cm length 3 mm allowed, for longer profiles 5 mm:

b.)  PROFILE THICKNESS , the difference between the two edges and the center  is 4 mm, 2 mm per side, and if this deviates more, the profile is considered as a defect:

c.) WRONG SHAPE - the formatted end of the fence profiles - the head - is not permanently attached to the profile body.
A profile with such a defect exceeding 1.5 mm is considered a defect:

For long term storage, the product should be placed on a delivery pallet corresponding to their length or on a flat surface, so that they can lie flat over their entire length. In addition, the direct sun exposure should be excluded, since the elements exposed to radiation may lose their shade compared to the other elements.
